Whistleblowing
Grant Thornton in Thailand is committed to maintaining a culture of integrity, accountability and ethical conduct. We encourage our people, clients, suppliers, business partners and other third parties with whom we interact to speak up if they become aware of behaviour that may be unlawful, unethical, fraudulent, or inconsistent with our policies, professional standards or values.
Concerns may be raised through normal management channels or, where this is not appropriate, through the firm's dedicated whistleblowing email address: whistleblowing@th.gt.com
Reports may be made anonymously if the individual prefers not to disclose their identity.
All concerns will be treated seriously and handled as confidentially as possible. Upon receipt, reports will be reviewed by appropriate personnel and, where necessary, investigated in a fair, objective and timely manner. Appropriate corrective action will be taken where concerns are substantiated.
The firm will not tolerate retaliation against any individual who raises a concern honestly and in good faith. Individuals who report concerns will be treated with respect and their concerns will be considered without prejudice, regardless of the outcome of any investigation.
This policy supports Grant Thornton in Thailand's commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct and protecting the integrity and reputation of the firm.
