Pichayut is the Director of Grant Thornton Thailand's Digital Asset Team. He has over ten years of experience working as a Governance Risk Compliance Consultant, IT Auditor, ERP Implementer, and Business Consultant for multinational corporations.
Pichayut is responsible for Audit Innovation, IT Internal Audit Plan, Enterprise Governance Strategy COBIT2019, Software License Review and Audit procedure for IT General Controls & IT Application Process Level Controls in various business sectors. He is experienced in implementing SAP Governance Risk Compliance processes and controls, focused on the Automated Monitoring (CCM) framework, known as internal control automation and operational risk management solutions. The client’s users primarily use GRC Process control to implement IT Security controls for their various databases like Oracle, Java and SAP. What made the design unique and more complex was the myriad of target systems to be monitored, which enforced the integration of the Governance Risk Compliance (GRC) system into multiple systems.
In delivering services He has been involved in leading a team of 3 individuals for delivery. Along with Risk Management, he acted as SME, guiding the Process Control module with assessment and evaluation workflows and case management. The role also involved management and client reporting, demonstrating showcases for compliance and audit purposes, and information distribution to the risk leadership team with business and process governance.
