Experience
Paisan has experience in International Financial Reporting Standards and Thai Financial Reporting Standards. He has over 28 years of experience in auditing the Energy, Logistic and Telecommunication sectors in Thailand. Paisan was engaged in various IPO projects for Logistic, energy and construction business in Thailand. Paisan is involved in the first-time adoption of IFRS/TFRS, the review of the accounting policies and accounting manual of a top tier listed clients in Thailand. Paisan also had experience in providing the accounting advisory for the first-time adoption of IFRS for the cross border offering in the Singapore Stock Exchange (duo listing). The deal’s worth is USD 83 million and is successfully listed in the Singapore Stock Exchange in 2010.
Paisan was engaged as project leader for providing accounting on IFRS/TFRS convergence projects for the 57 State Enterprise Entities in Thailand and large listed companies in Thailand in the various industries mainly in energy, telecommunication, logistic, manufacturing and services.
Paisan also has extensive experience in providing others accounting advisory services to the entities in Thailand and Asian entities. For example: accounting due diligence, developing accounting manual, accounting technical services, establishing the internal control processes on the key business cycles, developing the consolidation process, group consolidation instruction and group reporting packages for multinational group entities.
