Luxsamee has experiences in auditing engagements under International Financial Reporting Standards, Thai Financial Reporting Standards, IPO engagements. She has various experiences in auditing specific industry e.g. insurance business, audit digital assets business, energy business in Thailand and oversea, construction business, hotel and property business, REIT, automotive, telecommunication, manufacturing and trading business
Luxsamee has also experiences in various non-audit services , for example internal audit engagements such as internal audit for IPO , outsources Internal audit for listed companies, internal audit for due diligences, accounting due diligences, accounting advisory, accounting preparation for IPO clients.
She has over 19 years of experience from PwC Thailand auditing automotive, telecommunication, property, manufacturing, trading and the Energy sector in Thailand, Myanmar, Japan and Laos, and Construction businesses in Thailand and Vietnam. Luxsamee was engaged in various IPO projects for energy and construction business both in Singapore and Thailand. She was also involved in a particular project – PO/RO of EDL Generation Public Company Limited in Laos, reviewing financial forecast, financial models, and financial information in the prospectus. Luxsamee has experiences in providing accounting advice in IFRIC 12 for power plants in Myanmar and hydropower dams in Laos, provide accounting advice in IFRIC 4 for gas separation plants and providing accounting advice of functional currency under TAS 21. Additionally, Luxsamee also has working experience in the corporate sector. She has worked as Director - Business intelligence under Corporate Strategy Department of listed company. She was on the leadership team for the budget preparation and the company's five-year forecast
