Experience
Kesanee has over 20 years of experience in providing assurance service to a wide variety of audit clients, including those in the manufacturing and distribution sectors, trading and retails, freight forwarding, services, and finance and securities businesses. These audit clients include large multi-national corporations and listed companies listed at Securities Exchange Thailand (SET-listed). She has been involved in the initial public offering process for various companies.
Kesanee has managed multi-location engagements throughout her professional career, which required audit coordination skills and quality and adequacy of the audit work performed. She is actively involved in resolving outstanding issues, concluding the audit, and reviewing the financial statements. For SET-listed companies, she participates in the audit committee meetings discussing problems encountered during quarterly reviews and annual audits. Moreover, she is a part of the audit quality team to help and support them and maintain audit quality, ensuring compliance with the regulatory requirements.
Apart from that, she has conducted several in-house training sessions as a trainer, including staff level training and presenting as a guest speaker at universities.
