Atchara has provided professional audit services to several companies in accordance with TFRS and Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) requirements. She has managed several complex audits for clients in a variety of industries, primarily in the energy, utilities and industrial market. She has in-depth expertise in managing the audit of international, complex, large Groups coordinating the activities of the component’s auditors across multiple countries. She has experience in dealing with complex transactions, engaged in various IPO projects for energy business and bond issuances.
