Bangkok, 13th November 2025 - Grant Thornton Specialist Advisory Services Co., Ltd, has assumed responsibility for overseeing the business and affairs of JKN Global Group Public Company Limited (“Company”), a global holding company that holds a significant beneficial interest in the long-standing Miss Universe Organisation (MUO), Miss USA, and Miss Teen USA.

As part of the reorganisation, we are conducting a structured review of the group’s arrangements and business activities. This includes a comprehensive assessment of the group 's structure, assets, and intellectual property rights related to these events. This work is ongoing and will be carried out in close consultation with relevant stakeholders. Should our review identify any arrangements or transactions that are not in the best interests of the Company or its creditors, we will seek to rectify and, where appropriate, recover, as part, any assets or interests. This is part of our duty and obligation under the business reorganisation framework.

Our commitment is to ensure the integrity and protection of the Company’s rights throughout this process.

Our review also covers the Company’s current management structure and operational approach, including its subsidiaries, with the goal of determining the most appropriate steps to stabilise and guide the business through the administration process.

We recognise that the Miss Universe Organisation is a significant cultural asset with a long history and a deeply loyal global community. We value the interest, passion, and concern shown by fans, partners, participants, and stakeholders worldwide.

During this period, we will continue to act in a measured, responsible, and legally compliant manner, in accordance with our statutory obligations and requirements. Further announcements will be made when appropriate.

Our priority is to ensure stability, transparency, and continuity for the global community, partners, and participants engaged in this year’s edition of the event. We remain committed to preserving the event’s legacy and its significant role for audiences worldwide.

In the meantime, we encourage all stakeholders - including attendees, partners, suppliers, and the broader community - to rely on information issued directly by the interim executive. We prioritise clear communication and responsible stewardship during this transitional period.

We remain committed to preserving MUO’s legacy while building a strong foundation for its future.
