May has over 20 years of human resources experience serving clients as their internal and external consultant.      Her early HR career had covered talent acquisition and HR management, working with leading Executive Search firms, international retailers and banks. Her HR consulting role has expanded to leadership assessment, human resource process improvement, organisation design, and Data Privacy (PDPA) compliance working with large local conglomerates and multinational companies in Asia markets. Her passion for the people agenda grew, and her knowledge expanded through her time working with many professionals in different industries. She has developed a genuine interest in human resources and a desire to support and address any human capital challenges.

  • Experience leading searches and mapping projects for clients focusing on succession planning, compensation benchmarking and talent landscapes.
  • Supporting international clients in Singapore, China, and India together with local clients with their Talent Assessment projects including, M&A, Leadership Assessment, Development Centre.
  • Conducting Data Privacy (PDPA) assessment, personal data mapping and operational risk evaluation.
