  • 35 years of age or more
  • Master's degree in a business or technical discipline
  • At least ten years work experience
  • At least five years in a management position
  • Fluent English skills
  • Proficient Thai language skills for non-Thais. Can you realistically conduct a business meeting or presentation in Thai?

Excellent language skills (English and Thai) are in high demand in the market and therefore one of the key qualifications in joining the scheme unless you are looking at a regional or global role.

We would like you to think about the companies that you would choose to work for and why you would prove irresistible to them. We also need to have an idea of your current and expected compensation. We will then be in a position to decide whether we can help you in your search for an accelerated career.

Remember that we don't find you a job - we use our brand and contacts to open the door to the right decision makers in your target companies and sell YOU to them so that they agree to meet you - either over a cup of coffee or in a more formal meeting. After that it is down to you. The service is completely free to Candidates, but also free to employers - they can meet you as many times as they wish. We will help you to negotiate the best package. Only when the employer makes you an offer that you accept do we invoice the company for our introductory fee.

What we will ask you to provide:

  • A one page 'press release' style synopsis of your profile with a passport style photograph, which will be the initial presentation to your target companies
  • A maximum of six company names with departments or roles where relevant, in order of your preference, which we will contact on your behalf
  • References (minimum 2 people)
  • Your 2-3 page resume emphasising your challenges and achievements - short, sharp, concise, interesting, valuable
  • Current and expected salary and benefits
  • A sentence or two on why you wish to move on from your current role?
