- Statutory financial audit: We can prepare audit reports that comply not only with Thai GAAP, but also other regulatory schemes depending upon the specific requirements of our clients, including US GAAP.
- Review of financial report: A less detailed review of financial statements and reports that provides a lower level of assurance than an audit for SET listed public companies and other clients as required.
- Special purpose audit: Special purpose audit services for organizations with unique financial reporting requirements such as Associations or Chambers of Commerce, Non Government Organizations, Representation Offices, Joint Ventures.
- Financial due diligence review: We can perform due diligence reviews of the “target” businesses for acquiring companies or potential investors. This due diligence review focuses not only on the financial performance and standing of the target company but also other fundamental and relevant business issues.
- Provident fund audit: We can undertake the statutory audit services to Provident Funds, including providing information of investment returns, performance of investment managers, and internal controls.
- Agreed-upon procedure audit: We will conduct procedures on specified financial information for a particular special purpose and then prepare a report based on these procedures.
- Ad-hoc investigatory work: Ad-hoc investigations are carried out to meet a client’s specific requirements, for example, forensic investigations – litigation report and fraud investigations.
