We select consultants on their ability to contact candidates who we know beforehand - or maybe call for the first time! You must be able to sell opportunities and inspire candidates. We do not sell resumes - we deliver candidates. We do not shop on the internet job boards - we hunt people. Our approach to client service is therefore different and we do not accept to ignore best hiring practice for the sake of expediency.

We assist with recruitment of individuals in different types of business and at different levels of functions. Both clients and candidates are priorities to us and are treated with the utmost respect.

To be successful you must have courage; attracting both active and passive candidates, you will screen, interview and then select suitable candidates to put forward to client companies together with a written report.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Thai national over 30 years of age.
  • You have been interviewing candidates for the last couple of years.
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Keen to learn and enjoy responsibility.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Ambitious and confident.
  • Courteous and friendly.

Grant Thornton's Executive Recruitment team is at the top end of the local recruitment market and is focusing on strategic recruitment of positions where leadership and management skills are required. We do not sell resumes - we deliver candidates. Our approach to client service is therefore different and we do not accept taking short cuts with regards to best hiring practice for the sake of expediency.

The Executive Recruitment section is headed by Partner and long time Thai resident Mr. Tom Sorensen. The executive recruitment team is also made up of a number of support staff and a group of senior recruitment consultants who have all been managers prior to joining Grant Thornton. Both the section and its staff are registered at the Ministry of Labour in order to comply with the Job Seeker Protection Act B.E. 1985 (a pre-requisite for recruitment firms to conduct business in Thailand).
