To be successful you must have courage; attracting both active and passive candidates, you will screen, interview and then select suitable candidates to put forward to client companies together with a written report.

• Thai national over 30 years of age.
  
• You have been interviewing candidates for the last couple of years.
  
• Good interpersonal and communications skills.
  
• Keen to learn and enjoy responsibility.
  
• Excellent command of English.
  
• Ambitious and confident.
  
• Courteous and friendly.

The executive recruitment team is also made up of a number of support staff and a group of senior recruitment consultants who have all been managers prior to joining Grant Thornton. Both the section and its staff are registered at the Ministry of Labour in order to comply with the Job Seeker Protection Act B.E. 1985 (a pre-requisite for recruitment firms to conduct business in Thailand).
