We select consultants on their ability to contact current and new clients to win their business but also their ability to sell opportunities and inspire candidates..

To be successful you must have a sales mentality, show persistence, have a heart and enthusiasm for executive search, a lot of courage and empathy, be a "friend" with your phone, you must love contacting prospective clients, getting appointments, visiting clients, making presentations and closing the deals. All of that are important parts of your work.

Some of the most successfulll headhunters get into our business as a second career. You have most likely been at the top already, you have been there and you have done it. Your understanding of how business clicks is deeply rooted in your approach. You can talk to CEOs in their own language.

Required qualifications:

  • Foreign national over 40 years of age;
  • The older the better if you still have the fire in you;
  • You know how to sell and close (we will teach you how to interview);
  • Proven record of successful working relationship with Thais;
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills;
  • Keen to learn and enjoy responsibility;
  • Excellent command of English;
  • Ambitious and confident;
  • Courteous and friendly.
